Organizational skills are very important for a person doing this job. We hope that you are able to manage human and other resources and successfully complete a long-term project. Your main task is to turn doubts into undoubted facts. You need expertise in HVAC and must be fluent in English or one of the Scandinavian languages.

Work description

  • Management of HVAC and VC engineering system project(s), management of the necessary resources for the project, achievement of financial results;
  • Monitor the progress and status of ongoing projects;
  • Ensure the quality of ongoing works;
  • Prepare and complete necessary documents related to the ongoing projects;
  • Collect information necessary for the implementation and development of the company’s activities and projects;
  • Properly represent the company to the customer;
  • Workplace in Kaunas with periodic business trips to Norway and Sweden (50% of working time per year in Lithuania and abroad).


  • Have at least 3 years work experience in project management;
  • Education in engineering;
  • Good analytical and organizational skills;
  • Communication skills;
  • Ability to speak fluently and communicate in writing in English (Scandinavian is an advantage).
